Beadalon brand crimp beads with a silver plated finish. These are brass crimps with a nice silver plated finsih.

This crimp is typically used to create and illusion necklace by securing individual beads onto a single strand of flexible bead wire. These crimps work great on most wire sizes! No special tools are required to apply them. Simply squeeze them with your needle nose pliers to secure them to your wire.
